New Era begins at Chelsea.

Mauricio Pochettino was appointed as new Chelsea Head Coach near the end of last season to spearhead Chelsea rebuild after a one of their worst seasons’s in their history. Mauricio signed a two year contract with the London outfits valid until 2025 with an option to extend for one year

Mauricio Pochettino is aware of the task ahead, to rebuild and transform Chelsea to a winning machine takes time, hardwork, dedication and patience. Pochettino is proven coach in the premier league, having being in charge at Southampton and Chelsea’s London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

One of Mauricio strong ability as a coach, is to develop and get the best out of young player. During his days at Tottenham he developed young players like Dele Ali, Dier and Harry Kane to become the best players in the premier league. Considering the young talented players at Chelsea you will agree with me Mauricio is the best fit for this Chelsea project.

Chelsea have been in the last two transfer windows spending much on young unproven target to work with Mauricio Pochettino. Most of the senior and elderly team members have been sold to create room for the young players.

Mauricio Pochettino starts his Chelsea coaching journey with alot of hopes from the Board and fans after one of their worst seasons’s. With the right investment and management Chelsea will be Back again next season.
