Chelsea is one of the greatest Club in the World…… Says Mauricio Pochettino

Mauricio Pochettino, conducted his first Chelsea interview as their Head Coach and had this to say,

Mauricio Pochettino:

“It’s a pleasure and an honour to now be involved with #Chelsea Football Club. We are so excited and you know, I know very well Chelsea is one of the greatest clubs in the world.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“It’s exciting for us and what we want is to bring the happiness again to this great football club. We’ll work hard, play in a way the fans can enjoy football, and the history of Chelsea is to win…”

Mauricio #Pochettino:

“Chelsea is one of the greatest clubs in the world. For the last 15 years, Chelsea is the greatest club in England.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“There are always up and downs… but #Chelsea is a club that it is impossible to have these up and downs. We need to be sure that we bring what the club needs to be at the top because the history of the club is to be at the top.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“We have an unbelievable squad and for sure are going to bring players with commitment who want to be part of it also. With the fans and everyone, we can find again the way to be successful.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“The most important thing is players and staff need to feel that it is our home. It’s not only a place to come to work, it’s to come here and feel like home. Our responsibility is to help create this feeling…”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“I always believe that together we can achieve everything – you can’t put a limit. We are going to try to fight with this to be all together on a fantastic journey together.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“We need leaders, not followers, in every single area and we will push every person to bring their best and give their best for the club.”

Mauricio #Pochettino:

“It is exciting for us because we love good players, players with the capacity and then talent, but also we want people who want to be with us at this club and be really open to help the club achieve want we want.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“I know very well that we need to build this relationship [with fans]. Our past is our past, we respect and are proud of our past, but now is time to build at a new club, with different fans that behave and are different to other clubs.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“We need to be team that shows togetherness, cares about the club, cares about the fans, and that fights until the end for the badge. That’s the most important thing.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“The fans need to feel that all the players involved in the game are going to die for the club. That is the most important thing to create this good feeling and for sure feel proud of each other.”

Mauricio #Pochettino:

“The objective is to win because football is about winning. We will have good times, create good relationships, have a nice environment and relationship with people, but the most important thing in the end is to win.”

Mauricio Pochettino:

“What we can promise is to work hard and defend this shirt until the end. We are going to try do everything for them to feel proud and to show that we really, really care. That is what we can promise.”
