The U.S. Olympic gymnastics legend shared the news during a video in which she was preparing to go out and pick up her new vehicle.

“Feel like I need a new car because during our last few months in Chicago, three men in masks came to our house and stole my Porsche,” she said in the clip.

“Stole the GTS. But that’s another story. If you guys want to know, I’ll do a story time on that.”

Biles didn’t go into further detail about the burglary or if any arrests had been made, but wrote in the video’s caption: “Yes, we recovered the car, onto the next.”

Biles and husband Jonathan Owens, a defensive back for the Indianapolis Colts, shared a property in Chicago when he played for the Bears in 2024 and 2025.

In the clip, Biles also joked that, with everything that happens to her, she needs her own reality show.

“I feel like I need a reality TV show,” Biles added. “The things that happen to me are absolute insanity and so it would be really easy for producers to just film regularly.”

What kind of new car did Simone Biles get?

Later on Tuesday, Biles posted a video from a Houston dealership of her new car being unveiled: A Lamborghini Urus SUV.

Her new ride retails at roughly $305,000, but it’s unclear which model and extra features she choose to add on.

Biles is not the first high-profile athlete to be victimized by burglars in recent years.

Both the NBA and NFL have issued warnings to their players about home security after several stars — including Joe Burrow, Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and Luka Doncic — have been targeted, with the criminals typically hitting their houses while the athletes are on the road.

What else has happened to Biles?

Earlier this year, Biles shared that she suffered a medical emergency and was “almost dying.”

The seven-time Olympic gold medallist posted a photo on her Instagram Story of herself wearing hospital wristbands and described it as “one of, if not the scariest experience of my life.”

“Almost dying wasn’t on my bingo card earlier this week,” she added.

While in her message Biles promised to explain what had occurred that led to her hospital trip, she has yet to elaborate on the experience.

“I’ve been in bed, resting this week,” she added. “I’ll explain sooner or later but s/o to my close circle who reached out, checked in, visited & or sent flowers.”

Biles has yet to publicly explain what happened.
