Inter fans, Curva Nord have sent a letter to Romelu Lukaku which states that ” You have betrayed all of us. We always defended you in difficult moments, now you give us a stab. You are always selling yourself to the highest bidder after kissing our badge. Never see each other again, Lukaku you are not a real man.”

This has all come after the player’s recent behaviour which led to Inter pulling out of the transfer deal which could have led to Lukaku rejoining the club again permanently from Chelsea. Inter had already made a bid which was believed to be convincing to Chelsea to let Lukaku go but the player started engaging in talks with Juventus leading the club to make a matching bid to Chelsea probably believed to be more high in terms of contract proposal which led to the player to start ignoring Inter as he considered a move to Turin. This made Inter angry and pulled themselves out of the deal.

Several sources have tried to reveal the sudden change of mind by Lukaku to leave Inter but the truth is yet to be known as some quoted that Lukaku being benched on the UCL final could have caused this change of mind to Lukaku as his game time has been limited in his second stint in the club. Inter fans were angry with this behaviour as Inter were the only club willing to buy Lukaku amid Saudi Interests as Chelsea want him out and the player had shown commitment but all over sudden he hears Juve interests knowing in mind its more lucrative than Inter and changes his mind.

Year ago Lukaku angered Chelsea fans in an interview and talked about how good Inter is despite the club spending £100M on him and making huge promises to Chelsea fans but later betraying them so this was expected for Inter fans as the player can be concluded as being unfaithful from previous clubs.

Lukaku has returned to Chelsea for preparation of the new season.
