Chelsea and Juventus have reached a swap Deal for Romelu Lukaku and Dusan Vlahovic.The two clubs are curecently negotiating the fee as Chelsea price Lukaku around €50m while Juventus values Vlahovic at a fee around €80m.Chelsea will be discussing internally the signing of Vlahovic after chelsea had declined the offer to sign him earlier this month.
