Declan Rice mocks Chelsea record summer singing for breaking his Record.
Declan Rice “I was the most expensive signing in British history for two weeks and Someone really broke my record… “
Declan Rice was named man of the match after a great display against London rivals Crystal Palace, where the Gunners won 1-0. Speaking during the post match interview Declan Rice was asked if he feels the pressure to deliver after his big money switch to Arsenal. Declan Rice said “I was the most expensive signing in British History for two weeks and someone really broke my record,so no pressure to deliver….”
Declan Rice completed a £105m move from Westham to Arsenal which made him the most expensive player in Premier league history, until Chelsea completed the signing of Ecuador Midfielder Moisés Caicedo for a £115m record fee.
After a wonderful season with Brighton, Caicedo was wanted by many “big six” teams. Arsenal made a £70m offer to sign him in January transfer window but Brighton were unwilling to sell as they were chasing European football for the first time in their clubs history.
Chelsea had to beat off Liverpool to secure the services of 21yrs Ecuador Midfielder. Moisés Caicedo made his debut for Chelsea in Sunday against Westham United, after replacing Ben Chilwell. It’s not the debut Chelsea fans and Moisés Caicedo were expecting as Chelsea lost 3-1 to Westham United with Caicedo conciding a Penalty in the final minutes of the match.
