It is now time for the early signing period.
Recruits in the 2024 class will be available for signing by Florida State over the course of three days, starting on Wednesday at 7 a.m. and ending on Friday night.
On3 and PmnSports, the two main recruiting websites, had the Seminoles’ 23-player class at No. 4 in the country as of Tuesday night. This would be FSU’s highest-ranked recruiting class since 2016 and its first class to rank in the top-15 since 2018.
It will be worthwhile to keep an eye on a few recruits for the next twelve hours.
The biggest domino that could fall today is longtime Ohio State commit Jeremiah Smith. Smith is the best-rated player in the 2024 class and a 5-star recruit.
The defensive backs Charles Lester and KJ Bolden are two 5-star prospects whom the Seminoles are hoping to hang onto. While Auburn and Georgia are still vying for Bolden, Deion Sanders and Colorado are making a last-ditch effort to acquire Lester.
