Barcelona secures a narrow win against Sevilla to go on the top of the Log.

Barcelona secured their six win of the season,thanks to an own goal from former Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos. The win takes Barcelona on top of the log with 20points having played a game extra than their Rivals Real Madrid who face Girona this weekend.

Barcelona were sharp in the first minutes of the match and their first chance on 13th minute Felix shoot on target saved by the goalKeeper. Three minutes later, former Barcelona midfielder nearly found the net with a powerful shoot but his shoot was saved by Ter Stegen.

Barcelona lost yet another key player,as Raphinha went down in the 33rd minute and Xavi was forced to replace the Brazilian. La Masia graduate Fermin Lopez replaced Raphinha. Six minutes latter the substitute was unable to convert a big chance to give Barcelona the lead.

Yamal Lamine displayed yet another outstanding performance dispite being 16yrs old. Yamal cross lead to Sergio Ramos own goal. The 16yrs old have a bright future ahead.

Gavi “We deserved to win,it’s an important Victory”.

?️ Rakitic: “We played a good match, but in the end, it comes down to the results. A great regret because we go home without points. An own goal should not have happened.”
