Callum Hudson Odoi to Leave Chelsea this summer.

Callum Hudson Odoi have decided to leave Chelsea this summer after 16yrs as a Blue. Mauricio Pochettino clarified, that Odoi is not part of his plans for next season.

Callum Hudson Odoi, joined Chelsea’s academy as a 7yrs old kid in 2007.His talent would develop to another level as he rised through the ranks of Chelsea academy. He was part of the Chelsea academy squad that won the U18 premier league in 2017.His development didn’t go unnoticed as he was integrated to the first team by then Manager Mauricio Sarri.

In his first season with the senior squad he made 14 appearances scoring 3goals, as Chelsea won the Europa league where he played a major role.

Callum Hudson Odoi, dribbling skills were unmatched by anyone. Bayern Munich then made a £40m bid for 19yrs old teenager which Chelsea declined. In 2019 Odoi suffered Achilles injury tearing his tendons, which kept him out for an year. After he recovered Hudson Odoi was unable to replicate his form again making him lose his place on the team.

Last year Chelsea sent him to bundesliga outfits Bayer Leverkusen on loan where he managed 14 appearances, 0 goals and 1 assits.

Callum Hudson Odoi, have decided to leave Chelsea this summer and try to ressurect his dying football career. He is still young and got the talent but he lacks the confidence he had.
