Chelsea have reached an agreement deal to sign Brighton goalkeeper R. Sanchez.

Chelsea have reached an agreement with Brighton over the signing of goalkeeper Sanchez as they add reinforcement to their goalkeeping position who is set to replace the spot left by Eduard Mendy and also compete with Kepa in the position.

The deal with the player was agreed verbally as the player was keen on the move and he is set to pen down a long-term contract with the London club. The 25 year old Spain international is set to undergo imminently as it has already been booked as the clubs finalise the details. Chelsea have been monitoring him since the departure of Eduard Mendy and today after talks with Brighton they have agreed a fixed fee of around £20M which could rise up to £25M including add ons.

The signing of Robert Sanchez definitely will push Chelsea to send Gabriel Slonina to loan. Chelsea will continue with Moises Caicedo talks as they hope to reach an agreement soon before the Premier league starts.
