Lesley Ugochukwu could be in the starting line-up for Chelsea this weekend against Bournemouth in match week five in the Premier league. Due to Lavia being out and Caicedo being under assessment we might see Pochettino picking Ugochukwu as a starter as he looks fit and ready compared to Caicedo.

After the international break Chelsea suffered an injury blow for Romeo Lavia whom was expected to make his debut after the international break as he was expected to be fit and ready but suffered a setback in the ankle which will keep him out again for a month or so. The other alternative was Moises Caicedo who has been partnering with Enzo and Gallagher but after the international break the player might be in doubts to start on Sunday against Bournemouth.

Caicedo is currently being assessed whether he is fit to feature in this match as basing on the time he returned to the club it he returned late due to time difference together with Enzo but Enzo was able to participate in Friday training session. Chelsea don’t want to accumulate fixtures for players as they want to avoid fatigue and that’s what they want to do with Caicedo as they want a rotation of players and Pochettino also said due to this international break he might have a squad of 15 players.
