Napoli manager Rudi Garcia insisted Victor Osimhen is 100% to Napoli despite the rift between the player and the Club. Napoli posted a video in TikTok mocking the Nigerian striker after he missed a penalty in their barren draw against Bologna. Victor Osimhen Agent Roberto Calenda stated that they were considering taking legal actions against the club.
Napoli in defence stated that the video wasn’t intended to mock the Nigerian striker, but they saw it as fun or humourous video.

“I can assure you that Victor loves this jersey. He is invested 100 per cent in our project.
“Over the last two days there was a bit of trouble with some clumsy behaviour. Nobody wanted to be hurtful, not the TikTok with the video of Victor, nor Victor by taking his photographs down on social media.
“Nobody intended to hurt anyone, these are instinctive reactions and are understandable. It is his social media account, he can do what he wants with it.”
