One of  Mauricio Pochettino, legacy as a coach is the way he handles young players and develop them to world class. His track record speaks much of what he have done with young players. At Southampton he signed a little unknown Sadio Mane and turned him into a beast where he later on joined Liverpool. When he moved to spurs he created a young team that would finish second in the premier league, and runners up of 2019 Champions League. He developed a young Boy from MK Dons, Dele Alli to one of the best premier league attacking midfielders. He did the same to a young English striker Harry Kane, who currently is spurs all time goalscorer.

Mauricio Pochettino is the best fit for this Chelsea project. Here are the three youngsters who will flourish under the leadership of Mauricio Pochettino;

                           Enzo Fernandez.

People really forget that Enzo Fernandez is only 22yrs old, despite all the success he has. He is a world champion with Argentina and also broke the English record transfer when he completed his move from Benfica to Chelsea on a deal worth £106.8m.Enzo is a deep-seated playmaker as a central midfielder. He breaks up opponents play, dictate the tempo and recycling possession. He receives ball in tight spaces and is press resistant due to his first body movements.Enzo can also play as an attacking Midfielder. He usually make quick short passes, accurate long passes and lobbed balls. He posses a good passing range, excellent vision and high level accuracy. Mauricio intends to use him in a more advanced role this season, which will help unlock his full potential at Chelsea.

                                NONI MADUEKE

The 21yrs old talented right winger completed his move to Chelsea in January window transfer for €35m transfer fee. The left footed is capable of playing as a 10 and on either flanks. Strong, versatile, quick and great dribler thats how we can describe Noni. Madueke made 12 appearances for the Blue’s last season scoring one goal against London Rivals Arsenal. Noni have the potential to develop into one of the best wingers in the world under a good coach. Mauricio Pochettino playing style is direct and prefers using the wings much. Noni playing style is similar to Son who developed much under Pochettino in Spurs. Recently Noni won the U21 European Championship title with England.

                                LEVI  COLWILL

The 20yrs old academy graduate will finally have a chance in the senior team this season. After a successful loan spell at Brighton where the center back made 17 appearances across all competition for the seagulls, who finished sixth on the EPL log. Brighton made a £30m approach for the young defender, but Chelsea declined the offer saying he is not for sale. The left footed center Back, 5.9 feet tall, posses a good passing range and excellent vision with high accuracy is the best fit for Mauricio Pochettino philosophy. Mauricio Pochettino loves to build his play from behind, that means his defender spend much time with the ball on their feets. If they are pressed high by the opponents, the defender must be calm and not lose the ball on dangerous areas that where Colwill fit’s in. He is so calm with the ball and has a vision for a pass. He is a modern day center Back. In the just concluded U21 European Championship, Colwill was the best defender as England didn’t concede a single goals through out the competition, where they emerged as the winners. With much game time at the highest level Colwill will develop to one of the best center Back in Chelsea history under Mauricio Pochettino.
