Youngsters impress as Manchester united beats Leeds united in Oslo.

Manchester united opened their preseason campaign with 2-0 win over Leeds united in Norway.

 Manchester united needed two second half goals to beat Leeds united in a friendly preseason match in Oslo, Norway. Noam Emran and Joel  Hugil scored late in the second half to earn Manchester united the win in Oslo.

Manchester united started the match well with the first clear chance in the 10th minute, When the debutante Mason Mount who tried to flake the goalkeeper from a range but his effort was off target.

Leeds united did threaten also in the first half, through counter attacks when Luis Sinistera was put through and forced Tunisia international, Hannibal to make a big challenge on the box to deny Leeds united the lead.

After the first half, Erik Ten Hag pulled out most of his senior player and brought in youngster who really impressed as they secured the win, with late goals from 20yrs old french man Noam Emeran and Joel Hugil.

 

It was a good start for Erik Ten Hag team, who will embark on their preparation for next season with their USA tour.
