Arsenal started their preparation for next season with a friendly match against Nürnberg in Grundig stadion. Mikel Arteta fielded in a strong side to face Nürnberg. New signing Havertz was named on the Bench.

Bukayo saka opened the scoring for the Gunners with a stunner. Former chelsea player Kai Havertz had to wait until second half to make his Arsenal debut.

Nürnberg found an equalizer on the 61st minute,when Karl Heins error gifted them the goal.
