The Shade Room reported that BenDaDonnn, whose genuine name is Benjamin Benius Beardwas detained on Sunday following a football video game at Texas A&M University. Beard was charged with Evading Arrest and reserved into the Brazos County Detention. His guard, Kenny Carterwas likewise apprehended, and Beard spoke up later. The event occurred beyond The Spot on Northgate at roughly 1:20 a.m., per NDTV
On Monday, October 5, BenDaDonnn spoke up in a live stream on KICKand he stated he was taking legal action against the authorities department. The live stream included Beard sporting an orange prison one-piece suit as he spoke. A phony prison cell can be seen in the background in a video clip. Beard stated that he observed the authorities pressing individuals out of the street.
“The very first thing I state is, ‘Whoa whoa wow,” he stated “Why are you pressing? What are you pressing him for?”

Beard stated the police was aggressive with him from the beginning as he pressed individuals onto the walkway.
