Chelsea secures the second win of the season against Fulham.

Chelsea secured the second win of the season after quick first half goals from Mudryk and Broja. Chelsea started the match well, with an early chance falled to Armando Broja when he won the ball back and played a one-two with Broja and kept his composure to dribble past Bernard Leno only to fire high and wide.

It didn’t take long as Mudryk scored his first goal in Chelsea career after great ball from Colwill. Mudryk goal ended Chelsea EPL goal drought of more than 303 minutes. Afew minutes later Chelsea doubled their lead after Armando Broja capitalized on Tim Ream error to score. This marked Armando Broja comeback on the team with a goal.

Chelsea will be worried with Mudryk situation as he was withdrawal on halftime as Ian Maatsen replaced him. Chelsea will hope Armando Broja isn’t hurt after he was replaced in the 63rd minute.Chelsea kept on their composure to maintain their lead and they nearly scored a third as substitute Maatsen hit the post in the 68th minute.

Moises Caicedo will be a worry for Chelsea,as he limped off in the end of the match. The win will be a big boost for Chelsea and Mauricio Pochettino as they try to create a competitive team. It was Chelsea back to back win after winning Brighton in the carabao cup on Wednesday.

Chelsea win takes them 11th on the EPL log with eight points. Connor Gallagher was named man of the match against Fulham. Connor Gallagher speaking after the game, “I’ve been a bit more serious as I’ve had to be due to being one of the more experienced members of the squad. I’ve been more disciplined and tried to be a leader as it’s a very young squad. We’re trying our best to succeed.”

Chelsea will take on Burnley next on October 7 in a premier league hoping to continue their wining run.
