Manchester United have cooled their interests on Cucurella loan deal.
Manchester United are believed to have cooled their interests on signing Marc Cucurella on loan from Chelsea as reported by David Ornstain. Manchester want the option to terminate loan deal for Cucurella in January as Shaw is predicted to make his return by that time. Chelsea want the deal to last the whole season.
The move is now believed to be complicated. This comes after Cucurella featured in the match against Wimbledon in the Carabao cup where Chelsea progressed to the next round by winning two goals to one. Initially for a player who is involved in a move to another team is always sidelined from the squad in order to make the move happen with ease. What Chelsea did yesterday was mind blowing as the player had accepted terms with Manchester United and the team had also presented a bid and already engaged to final stage talks.
Manchester United are now seriously focusing on Tottenham left-footed defender Sergio Regullion. They may have reversed their decision after clearly agreeing they have settled on Marc Cucurella deal. There could be a driving force to this abandoning of the deal as it was once reported by Fabrizio Romano that fee agreement for the loan would be a key factor in the negotiations and Chelsea stance of requesting for more than £5M while Manchester United presented a fee worth £2M is a factor to make the Red devils look for a cheaper option.
