An image of the Dynamic Aviation A200 airplane, which will perform low-flying research study flights over farmland near Transit, Texas, to determine emissions in October and November 2026. 19459074 Dynamic Aviation Agricultural emissions represent an essential and understudied part of Earth’s land and environment systems. The FarmFlux objective will release more than a lots sensing units to determine ozone, methane, ammonia, particulates, and other toxins increasing from crop lands and animals farms and their interaction with the Earth’s environment. The objective is collectively led by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland; Colorado State University; and Boston University. 19459080 Extra low-altitude research study flights with a NASA P-3 Orion airplane are arranged for the March to July 2027 growing season in the Midwest and California’s Central Valley with a concentrate on cropland.
