WASHINGTON– Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin implicated New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani of incitement in the name of “political theater” Friday over his attacks on migration officers following the shooting of a thought migrant gang member in the Bronx a day previously.
“I’m speaking truths. The mayor speaks to a political tone,” Mullin informed press reporters throughout an intense press schedule. “His words threaten, and prompt hostility. It does not assist.”

Mamdani late Thursday required ICE be eliminated, blasting the federal company as “rotten to its core.”
“He stated he wishes to eliminate ICE,” Mullin stated. “Well, Mayor, if you eliminate ICE, who’s going to take your wrongdoers off the streets of your own town? Who’s going to take the killers and the burglars and the gangbangers?”
‘No, we’re not putting a time out on enforcement. I’m sorry, we’re not. I’m not sorry,” he included.
“Our task is to implement the country’s laws and pursue the worst of the worst, and our males and females do a dang great task at it every day, and we will not stop doing our task.”
