Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima, Wednesday, in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, commissioned the state Garment Factory, a signature job of the administration of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq created to use a minimum of 4,000 individuals at complete capability, and the 11-storey Kwara Revenue Service (KWRS) House.
