Media personality Jola has questioned claims by some men that women ask them for money shortly after they start talking.
In a post on X, Jola said she does not believe most of the stories about women “billing” men, particularly when the relationship is only a few days old.
“At this point, I honestly believe most of you guys are lying about women billing you,” she wrote.
“No sane woman is asking a man for money when y’all literally just started talking TWO DAYS ago. I’m sorry, I don’t believe it. Y’all are making this shit up at this point.”

Hehehe she should talk of herself for even that same day some women will ask a man for money. It’s not that most of them will ask directly but they have a way of leading the man on during conversation that he will find himself at a tight corner where indirectly cash is being asked for, the have smart lines or ways of asking. I called a lady just met couple of days back trust me the talks was interesting going on for about 45mins until at the end I asked if I could call back later in the day and her response was she does not have enough data not even money to but but if I really want to speak with her I can send her something to buy data GBAM !

Sincerely my sister it is not a lie or exaggeration. It’s common among the Genz. Nothing runs in thei mind of 90% of them than billing you the moment you are conversating with them. It might not be cash tho, but they will sha come up with something that will make you carve out money out of your pocket. And this can not be unconnected to their male counterpart that blv the only way they can get a lady attention is by pressing money even at early stage. The Genz has made the previous way of having to scope your way into a ladies heart disappear. .

I’m a lady and I do it a times. If given, it endears me to him. Giving is a sign of love although d love may not b genuine. Women generally see men as theirr saviour especially if she is broke. Some privileged women would find it disgusting bcos they hav not been broke all their lives
